HealthPartners Health Plans
Challenge: Increase Top-of-mind awareness. Increase sales. Increase perception of quality.
Solution: Define target audience(s). Use research to determine consumer preferences. Clearly differentiate health plan with a truthful, compelling message.
Result: Grew health plan from 80,000 members in Southern Arizona, to 640,000 members statewide in 6 years.
Tucson Medical Center
Challenge: Communicate the hospital’s
mission of improving the health of the entire community.
Enhance the perception of quality associated with
TMC and improve the recruitment and retention of
healthcare employees despite a nationwide shortage
of nurses.
Solution: Develop a multi-media campaign that demonstrates the mission of the hospital through the eyes of its own employees.
Result: Employee retention and satisfaction are up (well above national standards). TMC named one of the “Top 100 Hospitals” for 2004. Perception of quality has increased for consumers, employees and doctors.
