Client summary:
 The largest community-owned hospital group in southern Arizona, including Tucson Medical Center, El Dorado Hospital, TMC Southeast and the TMC HealthCare Foundation. TMC HealthCare is involved in a multitude of community healthcare projects, new care facilities, outreach programs and education programs like TMCU – designed to educate and train the future healthcare providers in our community.

Project outline:
In 2000-2001, the hospital and agency embarked on a major branding/retention/recruitment advertising campaign entitled “Proud to be TMC.”
The campaign has successfully positioned TMC HealthCare as the pre-eminent healthcare provider of choice in southern Arizona with consumers, employees and potential recruits.
Employee retention and satisfaction are above national standards, increasing significantly over the last two years, and TMC was named one of the Top 100 hospitals in 2004.
